Best mums is looking for an administrative assistant for our main office at Sheraton Heliopolis to join our team .
Job description
- follow up with clients and replying to dm
- Fulfilling website and shops orders
- Managing shipping companies and contacting them for pick ups
- Creating invoices
- Keep track of inventory and keeps a proper filling and storage system

Qualifications
- Female / fresh graduate or 2 years experience
- Preferably living in Sheraton or close by
- Proper understanding of English written and spoken

Skills
- Organized, problem solver , and eager to grow with the company
- Eager to learn new software and good command of Microsoft applications
- Efficient and has good presentation skills
- Can prioritize tasks and manage work flow
- Updated with online marketing trends and good in digital marketing is a plus
